Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 14, 2026

Newpage AI ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit newpageai.com or engage our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Consultation bookings. When you schedule a consultation through our booking link, you provide information such as your name, email address, company, and any project details you choose to share. Bookings are processed by Microsoft Bookings on our behalf.
  • Direct correspondence. If you email us, we retain the contents of that correspondence so we can respond and maintain a record of our communications.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. These logs are used to operate and secure the site.

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this site at this time. If that changes, we will update this policy and note the effective date.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Schedule and conduct consultations you request.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide the services you engage us for.
  • Maintain records of our communications and engagements.
  • Operate, secure, and improve our website.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, Microsoft for email and booking, and Cloudflare for hosting), or when required by law or to protect our rights.

If you become a client, any information you share with us in connection with a project is handled according to the terms of our engagement and kept confidential.

Client Data & Development Practices

For client engagements, we build and test solutions using fabricated data modeled on your actual schemas wherever possible, so development happens without direct access to your real or sensitive data. When access to live data is necessary, it is scoped to the minimum required, handled with least-privilege access controls, and governed by the terms of our engagement.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, or comply with legal obligations. You may request that we delete information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below.

Your Choices

You can choose not to provide information by not booking a consultation or sending us email. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you by emailing the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit, least-privilege access controls, and industry-standard practices informed by our CISSP-certified background. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
